MOVE//MENT is a 6-week strength and endurance program designed to help you feel powerful, confident, and capable every time you run.
Through a mix of personal training sessions, guided strength work, and solo runs, you’ll build lower-body strength, improve your pace, and reconnect with the joy of movement.
We’ll finish strong—with a group run that celebrates your progress and the power of showing up for yourself.

BOUDOIR BLUEPRINT
Build strength. Refine your shape. Uncover your confidence.
Boudoir Blueprint is a 12-week transformation program for women ready to feel incredible in their skin. With 2x/week personal training, personalized nutrition, and focused strength and weight loss workouts, you’ll redefine what sexy and strong mean to you.
The program culminates in a professional boudoir photoshoot—a celebration of your hard work and the confidence you’ve built from the inside out.
