HI! I'M KIRSTEN GETTMAN

FITNESS AND NUTRITION COACH

Fitness can be difficult if you don't have the right people in your corner. I am a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and strength and conditioning coach. I will help you find the right balance so that you can include health and fitness into your everyday life without cutting the things that you love. 

This means that no matter what the goals you're striving to achieve are, I can help you with the right exercise plans, nutrition guidelines, and accountability to find the power you already have.

From long distance road racing, to bikini competitions, to weight gain and loss, fitness and nutrition have been good companions in my life. I loved sharing my knowledge and experience - and became a certified fitness and nutrition coach in 2018. 

But when I got diagnosed with fibromylagia in my late twenties, I knew my personal fitness and coaching styles needed to change to focus on long term sustainability and balance. I had to relearn how to incorporate exercise with my bodies new abilities, and nutrition played a key factor in my healing, energy, and overall well being. 

Now as a mom, I want to help others learn how to include their own health and well being into their schedules like I have. This may look different for everyone - and what may work for one person, may not be sustainable for another. I want to help my clients set their goals, and find ways to achieve them within the life that they are living.

Putting this out there for friends looking for an online fitness coach - Kirsten Gettman was pivotal to my fitness journey! First, she helped me build confidence in public gym environments. Before working with Kirsten, I never could have imagined myself walking into a gym alone to workout. She helped me work through disordered eating habits, and taught me how to balance dietary wants/needs. Most importantly, she taught me how to enjoy physical activity and exercise again, something I lost after high school when organized sports were no longer part of my daily life.
